The ordering rules it checks
- Same day: up to six full-size items from today's counter menu, for pickup.
- Catering with 3 days' notice: up to 24 full-size or 4 dozen bite-size, for pickup.
- A week ahead (order by Saturday for the week after): larger orders, every delivery, and custom cakes.
- Delivery within 15 miles, on orders over $100 or with a custom cake.
- Closed Mondays.
If an order breaks a rule, the assistant tells you what to change instead of giving you a link.
Payment and privacy
- You never pay inside the chat. You pay on the bakery's checkout page, the same one the website uses.
- The assistant sends the bakery only what the order needs: the items, the day and time, pickup or a delivery ZIP code, and, if you choose to give them, your name, phone number or email. The bakery does not see the rest of your conversation.
